Out-of-Warranty Product Replacement Program

 

1. Policy Overview

At HomeMate, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service even after your product’s warranty period has expired. To support our valued customers, we offer a special out-of-warranty product replacement program. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers can receive a new product at a discounted rate and arrange for the pickup of their old product.

2. Eligibility

This policy applies to customers whose products are no longer covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. To be eligible for the replacement program, the following conditions must be met:

    • The product must be out of warranty.
    • The product value should be above Rs.800.
    • The product must be in a condition that allows for safe pickup and handling.
    • The request for replacement must be initiated by the customer within 1 year of the out-of-warranty date.

3. Discount Offer

Customers are entitled to a 20% discount on a new product of the same model or equivalent replacement model. The discount is applicable only to the retail price of the new product present on the website (www.homemate.co.in) and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

4. Pickup and Replacement Process

    1. Pickup and Replacement Process : The request can be made via filling claim form.
    2. Pickup and Replacement Process : Our team will assess the eligibility of the out-of-warranty product for pickup and replacement.
    3. Discount Application : Upon approval, customers will receive instructions to replace out-of-warranty product with new product.
    4. Pickup Arrangement:
           i.  We will schedule a pickup for the old product at a convenient time for the customer. The pickup is free of charge.
      ii. Customers must ensure that the product is properly packed and ready for pickup at the agreed time.
    5. Delivery of New Product: The new product will be delivered to the customer once the old product has been successfully picked up

5. Additional Terms

    • The old product must be returned to us before the new product is shipped.
    • The old product must be in a condition that allows for its safe transportation and handling.
    • The 20% discount is only applicable to the retail price of the new product.
    • There will be 3 months warranty on the new replaced product.
    • This policy is subject to change and may be revised at HomeMate’s discretion.
    • The request received with date after 1 year of the out-of-warranty date of product will be denied.
    • Approval of request received for out-of-warranty is at sole discretion of the company, and company can deny the request, if customer behaviour is not appropriate or cooperative with the company policy.

6. Opt-out or not meeting Eligibility criterion

Product repair, part (if any) and logistic cost has to be borne by customer.
